Payment Options:
- All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
- We do not accept COD orders.
- We do not accept cash, checks, Paypal or money orders.

Insurance:
- All orders subject to a $0.50 Insurance fee. Orders shipped to APO/FPO and military addresses are subject to a Merchandise Return Reciept fee of $3 in addition to the $0.50 Insurance fee.

Taxes:
We charge 5% sales tax for Massachusetts residents only. |
Credit Cards:
- Orders paid by credit cards are shipped immediately on receipt.
- Declined credit cards will incur a $25 fee. |
Minimum Orders:
There is no minimum order unless specified. |
Discounts:
Orders $250 or more will receive a 10% discount off entire order. |
Order Confirmations:
After ordering on our secure shopping cart, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Since shipping costs are not automatically calculated on the shopping cart, you will also receive an email with your total costs including shipping costs. |
Processing & Shipping:
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed not including weekends and holidays.
Orders are processed Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 10AM - 4PM (EST).
After your order is processed, please allow up to 8 business days for delivery of your order not including weekends and holidays.
Currently, we only ship to locations within the USA. This includes continental USA as well as Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses but delivery cannot be guaranteed. We cannot guarantee delivery to APO/FPO or military addresses as once it is out of the USPS system, the package goes into the military mailing system. Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses take the usual 3-5 business days. But if the recipient is located outside of the USA, the order will take additional time. In addition to the shipping costs, orders shipped to APO/FPO and military addresses are subject to a Merchandise Return Receipt fee of $3. No USPS Express delivery available for orders shipped to APO/FPO and military addresses.
We do not ship internationally.
Orders received after 4:00pm (EST) on Friday will be processed on Monday. Slight delays may occur during the holiday season and they will be noted on the main page of the web site.

We ship only via USPS PRIORITY MAIL.
$0 to $20.00: $5
$20.01 to $35.00: $7.50
$35.01 to $60.00: $9
$60.01 to $100.00: $11
$100.01 or more: FREE
Shipping rates include Handling and Insurance fees. Packages sent by USPS Priority Mail take approximately 2-4 days for delivery but at times may take longer for delivery in your particular area. USPS delivers Monday through Saturday. Packages may also be delayed during the holiday season or due to holidays when there is no mail delivery.
For rush orders and at the request and expense of the customer, we do ship USPS Express Overnight (where available). Order must be received by 12:00pm (EST) in order to ship via USPS Express Overnight. No USPS Express delivery available for orders shipped to APO/FPO and military addresses.
We reserve the right to use other carriers and adjust shipping charges as necessary for heavy and/or larger orders. |

Out Of Stock Items:
We make every effort to keep all of our ingredients and products in stock at all times. Out of stock items will be noted on the web site with an anticipated arrival date. Occasionally we run out of an item before we can change the web site. If the item is expected to be delivered within a few days, we will contact you to see if you would like for us to hold your order. If the arrival date is unknown, we will ship the order without the product and adjust your total. |

Returns:
Un-used portion of the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase along with a copy of your invoice. Refunds for cost of item purchased only and not for shipping costs or fees. East Coast Tropics Guarantee! |
